3 squares margarine (Blue Bonnet)
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 beaten eggs
1-2 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt.
Mix well.
Using a cookie press, stamp the cookie dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper. If the dough becomes too warm, chill it for 15 to 30 minutes and then continue stamping. Sprinkle with colored sugar if desired.
Bake 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes on ungreased pan.
