Lemon Glaze

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1-2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice\
1 1/2 Tablespoons melted butter
1-2 Tablespoons whole milk
pinch salt

Excellent on  Lemon Blueberry Sweet Rolls, but you will need to double or triple the batch.

Eggnog

4 egg yolks
3 Tablespoons sugar
2 cups half and half
1 cup whole milk
1/2 Tablespoon vanilla
1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

In the bowl of a stand mixer beat together the egg yolks and sugar until the yolks lighten in color and the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the half and half, milk, vanilla, and nutmeg and stir to combine. Chill and serve.

Simply Sweet Single Serving:
1 egg yolk
Scant Tablespoon sugar
3/4 cup half and half
1/4 Tablespoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
